Komal won Excellence in Neural Engineering Award from the 38th Annual International Conference of the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (IEEE EMBC 2016) with her presentation titled "Efficient assembly of multi-color fiberless optoelectrodes with on-board light sources for neural stimulation and recording." Congratulations!
The first annual ICAN, co-hosted by Euisik Yoon and Gyorgy Buzsaki, was held in Ann Arbor in June 2016. More than 170 attendees joined us at the Gerald Ford Library. Video highlights from the conference with many leading scientists can be found here...http://eecs.umich.edu/ipan/symposium.html
Good luck to all the participants - they are all travelling to Germany next week for a 7-week research program. Get more details here: http://www.eecs.umich.edu/ipan/education.html
